We travel for a sport event. We were a big group with different room requests, the hotel was very helpful and made all the necesary arrangements for out stay.
It has free parking and is very near to malls and restaurants. Easy access.

During our stay. They do not provide laundry service, even though they say they have room service, they have not. The rooms are clean and with the correct size. There is a pool, and a mini gym area. I really like the decor from the bar. The staff is friendly and will try to help.
The restaurant has limited schedule. The food is ok, nothing spectacular, but is very comfortable place to be. The pillows are not soft. They have free basic wifi, not very good for conference meetings. TV with cable.

The staff in this hotel are very rude. I do not recommend it based on the lack of customer service. There was no elevator and the room smelled musty and like cigarettes. We asked for the manager and were told they were not available at that time. This happened on a Tuesday at 5pm.

Stayed here for about 4 days, mostly to sleep and occasionally to get breakfast. Breakfast unfortunately is limited to about 3 options. Yogurt fruit salad, cereal, or Mexican sweet bread are the options available while I was there which are all good, but very limiting. The view side of the pool is nice, but nothing special. Overall cleanliness is pretty good and the staff is very helpful. The wifi is spotty and so is the TV service, you're better off using mobile data. I asked to use one of their security boxes to lock up some important documents, however they were unable to open one for me despite the front desk clerk getting a manager. The rooms are decently sized and organized. Other than the hallway lights occasionally being off late at night causing the hotel to have a spooky vibe; it wasn't all bad. Lastly, the shower could use some better water pressure. I didn't have any difficulties with hot water as stated in several other reviews. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for a quick budget stay, but essentially just as a safe and quick way to get some sleep.

Everything was excellent, except the restaurant, 30 min went by and nobody even gave us some coffe, nobody eveeeen ask what we where having for breakfast, it’s the worst I have been treated anywhere, I could comeback to the hotel but I definitely won’t because of this experience.

Spacious rooms, and clean. Friendly staff. The bed is a little hard for my liking.

There is no hot water in my room, there is no air conditioning the lights in the hallway are off which makes my three year old scared, the pool water is gross hasn't been cleaned and the playplace is so deteriorated it has been put in a far off corner where it looks like the trash should pick it up. The "free" breakfast is one small bending machine bread, coffee, one plate of fruit and a plate of cereal. Honestly I was and continue being just so disappointed, worst stay at any hotel ever.

The hotel in León is very nice and i really like the service and the food but i think they have to redesign their look because is always the same, is like a sandwich and then a big sandwich, there is no difference, but there's a big difference between a sandwich and a baguette!
