Very unprofessional and misleading owner. So we arrived today to hotel Menavi. The cleaning lady informed us that they did not have a room for us on the property and that we had to go to another building a couple of blocks away. She made us pay for the room and on we went. About 9 blocks later we stopped and demanded to speak to the manager. She was extremely uncooperative and rude and asked us to just cancel. Really? And do what? When we insisted they brought us back to very small room in the building next to the original location. the room was very small, no TV, no fan, and very noisy.
My question is, what are our options in these cases? Get stranded?
