My waitres asked me to take my tips back. He told me that it has to be 10% of my final bill, he had an attitude towards me. I didn't want to report him to the manager because I don't want him to loose his job, but management needs to train their customer service to be more friendly.

I have to give my first bad review but when my wife and I went there for breakfast we just had to leave right away. The outdoor sitting was filthy, ketchup was spilled all over the glass and outdoor railing, the table was sticky and there was just a general sense that cleanliness is not a priority at this particular Altacia location.

Food is really good, love it. I mean is Tex Mex, but it tastes great. However, the place is so unkept, dirty or disheveled in places, and the service is so uneven, good sometimes, awful another, never quite great, specially the waiters are not very attentive and never write down any orders so lots of mistakes or omissions happen. Wish they could straighten that out.
