No long ago visited the store, normally on my visits I get to deal with a nice woman (don't remember her name). This is the second time I get a coffee from a lady which I will call "cubbish woman" in charge of making the coffee. As I arrived I immediately ordered what I usually take... I said to the cashier to ask the "woman" to rinse my coffee mug, and I also ask the woman directly preparing the coffee. She said "sure" as I still paying for my coffee and waiting for my receipt, I saw the woman decanting the coffee into my mug without rinsing it. I was shocked and surprised to see that happening, then right in front of her co-worker asked again if she did rinse my mug just to confirm and she replied "yes, I did". Now, as her co-worker noticed she was lying about it, she offered to prepare the coffee again (obviously after rinsing my mug), I did not accept it because:
1. I was in such a rush.
2. I did not want the exact same woman to do it again.
I am worried about health and sanitary regulations in that coffeeshop. It is unacceptable to have to go through that, and had a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!!
