I'm an American on vacation here in Hermosillo and the people here are really friendly. Mexico is my favorite country because of the weather, food, music and of course the people.
What is so incredible are the prices to take an Uber compared to the US. I make certain to tip them well to compensate for the low amount of money the drivers receive.
As to Walmart, it's even better than the one in Las Vegas where I live.
It's clean, and the quality and prices are excellent.
My phone only works here if I have WiFi and the Walmart here has strong free WiFi.
One last thing. The pineapples here are far superior to the ones from Hawaii.
The quality of the meat here (pollo y res) is exceptional.

I was here on 12/22/2019 with my Fiance and her children. We were there early in the morning so it was thankfully not very busy. I do not like Walmart in general. The store seemed reasonably clean.

Prices are very high, by the time you get to the cashier prices are different than what are marked. Waste of time, this is happening every time I go to Walmart, no matter the location. One time I was charge for an item that in my life will buy. Like always, they have to make sure you are not lying and got to take out all your merchandise out. I'm glad there are no Walmart store near my new location.

Well organized, well stocked with pleasant, helpful staff and it is easier to find English speakers amongst their ranks, now that I don't need one. :-D

Good place to find almost anything. Bad thing is that they charge you for parking, abd there are big lines since they do no have enough cashiers working at the same time.

I don't like how here in Mexico we get charge for the parking lot when in the USA I never did. Even that I chose to buy in Walmart I have to pay for the parking lot I guess I'll go to shopping some where else.
