I can’t believe what I heard and saw. ???? A staff from Home Depot was telling a customer to go find their item or material without them being helped. This is so ridiculous. ????????u200d♂️ I’m completely angry at this store. Needs better service and attention to the customers. TRASH ????

Very bad customer service. Had some questions and there were two employees at the plumbing section having a conversation and just ignored me. I had to interrupt them several times to try to get a answer. Did not a good answer from them very bad service. I had to buy two faucets to check because they would not HELP me. They told me to buy the two and returned the one I did not need. I returned the other faucet and I had to wait for 30 minutes because the employees had a more important conversation. Never buying from them.

Customer service needs work. Nobody ever asks you if you need help. The cashiers are rude and just walk off to talk to other employees and have no sense of urgency whatsoever no matter how many people are in line. I have been in this store a half dozen times and it is always the same. I have even tried to be extra nice and they are still very unfriendly. I don't know if it is poor management or what but it is a very poor atmosphere. Too bad because shopping at Home Depot in the states is most generally a pleasant experience. I hope they can straighten up this place.

Very different when you are used to back in the states...but similar..when u need ur home needs...

There is only one Home Depot in Hermosillo, Mx. I went to return door mats and I stood in line 45 minutes before it was my turn. There was only one cashier at the customer service desk...if you can call it that. The cashier would take off who knows where and on one occasion she stepped away to chat with co-workers. I've never experienced such poor attention to customers. I live in California and there you get quick service with a smile. I wish I could say the same about the one in Hermosillo.

Its very messy!! Nothing like a USA Home Depot!! Very dirty and does not have all the stuff that gets sold in the USA!! Customer Service is Horrible!! Overall i dont recomend stopping by and buying anything!! Sorry Home Depot but Your Mexico location really sucks!!

I wanted a bucket, and I couldn't find any that weren't being used to store materials, so a worker emptied one and took the sign off and gave it to me. I thought that was nice.
