If I can give this place less than one star I would. We were visiting on May 19, around dinner time and the service was terrible. Food came for some people in our table, but my husband and I didn't get the food after more than an hour later. We had to remind our server about it, even the desert came first for some other people. At the end we ordered to go, since we didn't want the rest of the party to stay there just for us. I reached out to one of the supervisors and he explained how their internal process to set up orders works, which was not what I was asking..he tried to blame us on ordering some dishes first and then adding more later. When I replied that even desert came faster, his reply was, oh yes? I see. There is a problem.... The employees don't seem to be empowered to make a decision on how to improve the experience for their clients. Definitely lots of room for improvements. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews, but this experience won the prize to spend the time doing it.
