Al entrar me percate de que estába vacío solamente una persona que recibe,lleva la carta, sirve, limpia y retira y la otra persona esta en la cocina preparando los alimentos, ordenamos y nos trajeron rápido los platillos bien servidos, al comer notamos que los ingredientes estaban recién cortados si ser recalentado o recocido como en otros restaurantes,aquí palpaba lo fresco de los vegetales y lo fresco de la carne aunque a mí gusto uno de los platillos específicamente res con brócoli estába pasado de sal por los demás en su punto de sabor y preparación muy bien. La atención de la persona fue buena, al preguntarle si aceptaba pago con tarjetas de débito me comentó en tono de broma, ahorita acepto hasta pago con vales, la situación está muy difícil como para rechazar algún tipo de pago, sonreí ante su comentario.
