A good place to stay if you go on a business trip. The rooms are small though functional. I think they could improve restaurant service. Food is not good and the buffet choice is very, very limited.

4 stars because of the price, the wifi, and the breakfast. Breakfast was surprisingly diverse, different options all 3 days I was there, and the staff grill pancakes or omelettes by request for you if you ask.

One complaint: the room I got had a strange/bad smell coming from the bathroom vent most times of day, which made the room smell bad unless we kept the bathroom door closed.

It was a series of events tvat made my stay not a happy one, but a want to put the greatest first, whe we leave the Hotel on sunday, we forget 1 oersonL tbing, it was a gift for a friend, i did call after may e one hour later, asking to chek if still there, i know for sure was there, but he say it was nothing in the room, i was so mad, knowing i hace to buy anotber gift
The day before, the room wasnt cleaned, for no reason, tbey didnt know why, we end up sleeping on duty sheets, have to go to the lobby for clean towels, and the last compliant, i did register online, so my reservation day was easy and fast, wrong, i did have to wait, since nobody was atending reception, then, i have to do like the process, of paying, i didi "pay" online, only to find out my money never was taken from my bank, it was my fault not checking if was showing in may statement, well, this only time, was not a pleasure to stay at IBIS HOTEL, thank you for listening.

Water dripped on you from bathroom ceiling and the toilet leaked at bottom causing floor to stay wet. The fire detector flashed a bright white light all night making it difficult to sleep.

Great for the price, located in a area close to downtown, university and government buildings. Small rooms but clean and comfortable.

The only good thing about the place is the location. Everything else sucks. Room size bad, no outlets near bed and only 2 in the whole room. TV size bad. Worst hotel experience. Don't go there
