Staff is not friendly. The rooms are old. Paint flaking off walls. Rust on shower doors. Shower head has so much lime that there is poor water pressure. Pay a few extra bucks and go somewhere else.

Have stayed here before and had an okay experience this time it has been just above horrible. We had people partying till three in the morning and the front desk refused to do anything about it. Our door was brutal to open and took 3 or four tried each time. The handle was falling off. Not to mention that the pool was completely drained and not available. The towels are torn, small and old which made them hard and didn't dry very well. Our shower didn't even have a door on it at all. Don't think we will be staying here again!

When visiting Hermosillo, we have stayed at this hotel several times. We typically stay in the suite, it's bigger and gives us a little more space

Average hotel... The shower nobs are a challenge, you need to pull the nob towards you for the shower water to flow, the beds are on the stiff side, they tried to modernize the rooms, but kept the old fixtures and old stingy carpet with iron burns, the little fridge works, but a new one would nicer plus it would save more energy... Newer pillows and towels would make this place go a long way... The lobby looks nice, wished the rooms looked like the lobby area.

Great place to sleep get rested, Very clean. Excellent Restaurant, great weekend Buffet. I have been here 3 times always good experience!

This hotel has very nice, pleasant and professional people working for them. Unfortunately the place interior fell way below my expectations. There were NO body soap bars, NO shampoo or body lotion either. Towels were dinghy looking in color stained and torn. No TV remote and NO lightbulbs in half of the lamps in the room. Unfortunately they were the only hotel the ONLY place willing to take me at. 2:00 am and only for 5 hours.

Bed was to hard, Old furniture, we had bedbugs on both beds!! They upgraded our room to a suit no extra charge. I went to the bathroom to shower in our new room and , there was a huge cockroach in the shower. I didn’t feel comfortable anymore staying their! They offered to move rooms again and we ended up leaving that night and got another hotel. They did Apologize for our experience. Very nice staff, It was just a very unfortunate situation.
