The good: Hotel accepts pets, at least dogs. 120 pesos extra each for my 2 chihuahuas. Well-lit parking area with dirt and rocks around the perimeter for taking dogs out, Security around at night. Friendly staff. The not so good:
Bring your own shampoo and soap! Their earth-friendly pump type stuff is awful, if you can get it to pump out at all. And, yes, it was July/August, but a little hot water would have been nice. Maybe they turn the boiler on in the winter.

Friendly and helpful staff! The rooms were very nice and the beds super comfortable! Close to all things if you want to walk and they will call a taxi if you need one!

I Usually love but this room its like a 1 Star hotel TV, air Internet etc. Too much for so little

I stayed here for a couple of nights. Staff were very friendly, from front desk to maintenance to housekeeper, everyone tried to make our stay one of the best. From the beginning, they were able to accommodate 2 adults and 3 minors in one doublequeen room without charging us extra. Room was clean and tidy. Housekeeper worked around our schedule to clean our room. I needed a mop because of a puddle the kids made in the bathroom, and maintenance was there to provide assistance. They have cable which was perfect for the kids to watch cartoons early mornings. They have free wi-fi as well. The pool was cold but it did not stop us from jumping in, size of pool was perfect for us, we're not very picky. This Hotel esta en el Centro, everything was a walking distance Food, Tiangis, Madero Park, Bus Stop, Local stores, etc. I could not have picked a better Hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

Not Clean, beds very hard, concrete base :(. Rest ok to stay.

Excellent location. Comfortable rooms. Low rates. Good restaurant and bar service. Great pool.
