What started off to be a good place to stay turned into a nightmare the graveyard shift office person embarrassed me in front of some clients because they showed up late in the evening and we needed to sit down for about 30 minutes and go over some paperwork well the graveyard shift guy was yelling at me about having more people than I paid for stay the night in my room well nobody stayed in my room we ignored him and went upstairs 20 minutes later I escorted my guest out and went back upstairs. This young man was being very rude to me and to my guest and just for that reason alone I will never stay here again. But the other reason is 7:00 in the morning and there's this maid lady slamming doors all up and down the hallway mind you check out isn't until 12:00 but with her working you're going to want to check out earlier. Yes it's cheap yes it's dated everything in it's an antique but the customer service last night and the maid slamming doors all morning that did it for me.

It's good, but not great. Only used it for an over night stay and left at 6am. Service was average, cleanliness average. Got a duplex, beds a tad too firm but still got rest. I did notice Pool, didn't use it but it looked fun...

Short stay of one night, unplanned so it was nice to find and inexpensive double room ($600 mxn plus $100 mxn deposit that you get back when you check out). Nice staff but just okay room/amenities. Water for showering in unpredictable, but the pool is clean! Nothing out of the norm for a 2 star hotel. Nice for a quick stay definitely wouldn't recommend for long term.

Very basic budget hotel in need of refurbishing. It has clean sheets and no bugs, but you can feel the springs in the twin mattresses that were in the two- rooms-combined room. Pillows were lumpy, too. Hotel provides water bottles in the room and toast and cereal for breakfast. It was very quiet and has a nice pool.

They do not respect reservations called 2weeks prior to my reservation and when i get there im told all rooms are booked and that i should of reserved my rooms weeks before, very disappointed and will never try to reserve with them again nor recommend that place

Well... rooms are not so clean. Expensive related to others better hotels. Everything is old and ugly. I even can't charge my laptop Cuz the AC plug on the wall doesn't has 3pin conector. Air conditioning is wall mount so is very noisy. The single room most cost 300mxn per night

Avoid. The rooms just have shampoo and soap. Found roaches on the shower, very hot rooms and the AC barely works. No restaurant ,no bresksfast service. Internet only works in your room.
