Hotel its self is good, staff friendly(ish) but rooms clean.

Whatever you do don’t eat at the restaurant, they are over priced big time!

Go to any other local restaurant/taco shop and I promise you will have a better experience.

Our stay was ok for the most part.
When we used the shower the shower head had lots of clogged sections. Had to try to adjust the head to achieve a proper flow of water for a decent shower.
During our use of the refrigeration the thermostat did not regulate the temperature of the room. It kept the room very cold I had to get up to turn it on and off.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Great place to sleep comfortably before a flight from the close by airport. Shuttle service is good and free parking for up to 10 days. Great places to dine close by. Ubers around town are cheap as are the taxis

I always stay at this hotel. I is the best hotel in Hermosillo. I have met guest at the bar and had great conversations. I have recommended this hotel on social medias. The hotel lets me leave my car there for a short trip. the best hotel in Hermosillo.

Nice, close to my locations i need to visit, Olivos restaurant is a nice plus. The hotel or area needs a C-store close by. A super negative is the bridge exit misses the hotel entrance.

Whenever I fly home after being in Guaymas, Sonora, I stay at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and has a good restaurant, attached. The shuttle you to the airport every 30 minutes. It is great for a one night and out.
