Very friendly, clean . The free breakfast is a plus. Located centrally. Only item negative, looks like when at capacity there is not enough parking to meet the needs.

The personal is nice and helpfull.
The rooms a clean, (due to covid you need to ask for cleaning, if not they come every 5 days) and have a good size.
The furniture looks modern as also the bathroom.

The breakfast is complementary and good, you get different food every day, normaly something mexican and standards like scrambled eggs, toast, jougurt, fruits....
The coffee is there open all the time.
They have a small gym and a small pool, more to cool down and not to realy swim.

And the house keeping/ reception gives you free water if you ask.

overall the stay was very good. the breakfast choices were very limited with plenty of room for improvement. and maybe extend breakfast until 11am. if the breakfast weren't complementary, I would not pay extra for it. except for the lack of good breakfast choices the stay was excellent. friendly staff and clean room and public spaces. I would stay there again.

Food was absolutely terrible. You need to read up on the issues of placing plastic wrap on hot food. It causes pensioning. The bacon was the only things I found on the menu that was decent. Everything else either had tons of sugar – yoghurt with that much sugar should be banned – or too much salt or was terrible texture and taste. The coffee was okay - but nothing to write home about. I would definitely NOT stay in another IHG hotel again if I can keep from it as the food was hideous. I had nine nights in a competitor hotel in the city two months ago in the city and needed 4 more nights. Thought I would try this hotel as it is about the same distance away from the office. It was a big mistake. There were children in the room above me. I could hear them talking and the ceiling in my bathroom leaked as I am sure they had the same issue with the shower curtain as I did. It is not long enough. But the FOOD was absolutely unbelievable. Next time – probably at the end of this month – I will go back to your competitor and stay there. Food was so much better and the price is about the same.

Place good, breakfast delicious and a really cozy bed. My only complaint is the absence of a fridge inside the room.

Hotel staff was excellent and kind.
COVID protocols were understandable, but I disagree with maid service only once per five days - that's a bit extreme for a hotel stay.
There is no room service, a tiny gym (one person at a time) and the pool has no water in it.
Holiday Inn would benefit from giving this hotel an update from the carpets and bathrooms to the HVAC system (somehow it was humid in my room in the middle of the desert... temperature didn't get sufficiently cold).
Breakfast was excellent, although I would have preferred additional healthy options.

The staff is always helpful with clients requests. Great service and clean rooms. Beds are nice, clean and comfortable. My partner and I wanted to watch Netflix, a TV upgrade would’ve been convenient. But still had a great time and definitely will be coming back soon.
