The airport is small but very nice. Fully bilingual. Pay for parking at automated machine in the terminal. Excellent security, very professional and efficient / effective. Very clean, with Starbucks, Subway and a small market in the boarding area.

Small no air conditioning only 2 food options and literally in the middle of nowhere. Our plane was forced to land here due to weather conditions I cannot say anything good about the Aeromexico staff weather was clear after 2 hours but we spent an additional 8 waiting for an available gate and fuel what a joke in all that time we were stranded all we were given was a small warm bottle of water

Hermosillo is a city that is growing and expanding rapidly, so the airport should be bigger. This airport looks like a bus station than an airport. It is very small and for local people is easy to know their way around. It has a few shops but very, very expensive. The toilets and gates have been refurbished and very clean and that is very pleasant for the passengers.

Easy to get in and out. They have 3 Starbucks. What more do you need?

it was clean and everything well organized as it refers to signs, labels and etc. not so great customer service but acceptable

Not the worst airport I’ve been to. Very small and I wish there were more electrical outlets around the waiting area. Staff was friendly.

Small, clean, but even in the night open stores at the gates.
The problems with flight companies are not their problem.
Easy drop off possibilities.
