While I'm only giving a 3 star rating, because I'm comparing it to many other hotels, this is the best place I've stayed in Hermosillo, by far. The staff were great, the pool area pleasant, and the breakfast was outstanding. The rooms are small but tidy. It was quiet. The beds were a little form for me but fine overall. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Hermosillo.

The hotel itself felt very luxurious,but the rooms however were very small. My favorite part was the buffet because the have a wide selection of food and is also delicious. Overall I enjoyed my stay

The hotel is nice my room smelled quite bad but in general the hotel is good. The service is really good congratulations to all the personnel. The gym is complete for hotel.

Clean room and good amenities. Great views. I cant fault the staff even a little. They are so helpful. What a great welcome to Mexico.

All staff were welcoming no matter the time. They made it their priority that you had the most stress free environment as possible. Great for the whole family.

Great hotel! I was impressed with their service, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and morning breakfast selection! Loved my bed!
Update 09/25/2022 Same Great hotel! I give it the same rating as my last stay 3 years ago. 5-Stars!!

Great Property, perfect location across from Hermosillo's nicest mall- Galerias Mall. Great staff and very clean and safe.
