I haven’t been to a Cinépolis that was as dirty as this one, there was trash everywhere in the building. Tables had popcorn everywhere including the floors and behind the food counter was a total mess. I don’t know how this place passes health inspection to be honest. Half the staff didn’t know what they were doing for example calling their team leader or manager to help them with ticket purchases or not knowing their food inventory over the counter. It lets me see how unprofessional this company is in the city of Hermosillo. I really hope this changes soon…

Very nice place. It has a three floor parking lot but you have to pay on your way out depending on how much time you spent inside. The employees are really nice and polite.

You'll have a good time, the rooms are all properly cleaned and the parking lot isn't that expensive, your beloved typical movie snacks on the other hand, well you may find the cost to be a little more than expected. They also have a sandwich and cafe extension which is nice, mostly friendly/food service.

Amazing! Roomy seats, movies in English with Spanish subtitles and Spanish. Cost of snacks at the counter is somewhat expensive. Bathrooms were fairly clean, they have assigned seatings printed on your ticket.

One of my favorite nights out is when I get to go to the movie theater and I always go to this particular venue even though it's further away from my house than most, I think the beverages here taste better and the theater seems to be more clean than the others I have been to.

Disappointing. Their coffee machine didn't work, they had ran out of certain snacks, the restrooms were completely stinky and the place in general looked messy.
