As an American spending some vacation time out here it was very frustrating that their payments machines are not up to date. I had no problem shopping in other stores using my debit cards, but here at Cineopolis they’re card machines were useless. I spent 30 minuets in line for snacks for their machine not to take any of my cards. That’s so unfair. Never going back to this place. They had a packed theater so the company definitely has business, please upgrade your damn machines.

The quality of the picture is very good but bathrooms are awful. The staff is not the best, they take forever to acknowledge you.

VIP best relaxing place to watch. Comfy seats plus can order food while watching w/o going out and not missing any scenes. Very friendly and accomodating service. Just hope I can order bar drinks inside VIP????. Will always watch in VIP. Pls add IMAX????

Me and my girl went to the VIP section. Waited as the movie started for a waiter to get our order. Took way too long, went to the counter to order there and they told me the counter was closed so I had to wait. As I saw the same waiter from our movie room enter another room. At the end I got my popcorn i ordered and coke like 5 minutes before the movie ended and other people never got theirs and formed a line to get refunded outside. The service it's terrible, super slow and I asume understaffed. Would never do VIP again, you are better off ordering yourself on the regular side. Terrible terrible.

Many broken seats. Needs a lot of work. Wait staff was good that night.
