Del minuto 10 al 45 siempre vi que cada 10min echaban algo a mi pedido, además lucían muy apurados lo que durante todo ese tiempo me fintearon con que posiblemente ya estaban por terminar mi pedido. La realidad es que estaban apurados atendiendo a su otra visita.
Finalmente ni un "gracias por esperar", ni una disculpa, ni un refresquito mientras los esperaba, ni un taco de cortesía en mi pedido, nada. Sólo indiferencia.
El cocinero siempre portó cubrebocas. Las chicas se lo quitaban dentro de la cocina mientras manipulaban alimentos frescos y al mismo tiempo hablaban entre ellos.
Es la segunda vez que voy, la primer vez que fui hice pedido para llevar, pagué y dije que regresaría en 30min por mi pedido, regresé 1:30hrs después y apenas lo estaban haciendo, peor tantito me dijeron "ay ya se nos acabó esto y esto otro" (claro, si te esperas hora y media, hay riesgo de que se te vaya a acabar), tuve que cambiar mi pedido y esperar otros 20min extras.
Los alimentos son muy buenos, por eso califico con 3 estrellas, pero tienen demasiados aspectos por mejorar en sus servicios.
