Probably the best food I got in Guadalajara as most of the food disappointed. Mexico city type tacos. I don't know if its a Guadalajara thing but most tacos place I visited didn't dip the tortilla in the oil. Good habanero green salsa had a kick to it but good flavor.

Fantastic Street tacos, absolutely delicious especially when coupled with cold beer from the nearby corner store

If you are travelling, these tacos will make you want to stay here. If you have never had cow brains (sedero) or head (cabeza), here is the place to try them. Get a gringa (flour tortillas with cheese) with any meat. You won't be disappointed. Add lime and salsa. Your going to want to stay here forever. Come early, they open at 7:30 pm and can sell out by 11.

One of the best places to eat tacos in Guadalajara. Very underrated, but popular amongst those that know their tacos. Ask for the suadero tacos, cebollitas and a horchata drink. Pricing is as you would expect from a taco "truck" that is located in a not-very-busy part of downtown - average is 9 pesos per taco, can go up to 12 pesos if you opt for the arrachera tacos. Parking is not that hard in adjacent streets. Obviously, bring cash.
