One of the best spots to try out Menudo, it has a lot of flavor compared to other Menudos I've eaten. The tortillas are handmade and are huge!!. Make sure to come early in the morning (7:00am-9:00am) since a lot of people come to this place (both to eat here or to go) and the later you come, the less chance you'll have to get a certain type of meat (I recommend "Carnaza", "Pedazo" and "Libro"). Pricess are accesible. They have also quesadillas in which you can ask include meat from the Menudo for an additional cost. The service is great and the place is nice.

Very good menudo. I also liked their "pelliscadas" which is something like a "sope" or thick tortilla fried with melted cheese and butter...

Great place, in an old neighborhood. 2nd time in Guadalajara and we had to go again.
Plenty of tables and a line out the door of people with pots for menudo to go.
Delicious coffee!

Service and café de olla was good, but the menudo, not so much. Left with a stomach ache.

Love this place, fast and delicious. Fresh Handmade tortillas, authentic coffee with cinnamon!
