Por la comodidad siempre comprábamos con ellos una vez compré un paquete donde incluía un menor de 2 años y en ningún momento se me explico de tramitar el boleto así que al momento de viajar perdí tiempo haciendo el trabajo de ustedes .. nuevamente volví a utilizar el servicio compre otro boleto de avión y al ejecutivo (INEPTO) le pague sus “cobro por servicio” en efectivo y se les olvidó y una semana antes me lo cargan a la tarjeta de crédito y en ese mismo viaje de regreso había retraso por mal clima en USA y no hiba a alcanzar el vuelo de conexión a mexico y hable a la agencia para solicitar ayuda para el cambio de día por lo que GROSERAMENTE me contesto que no podía hacer nada y me hiba a cobrar por el cambio ! Afortunadamente me metí al sistema de mi reserva y me hizo hacer el cambio de día sin cobros ! Algo que USTEDES como agencia podía haber hecho ! Pero muy mal la peor de todas las Agencias es la de Perez Verdia sigue la de Galerías y La Rioja ! No entiende el concepto de SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Y CAPACITACIÓN CONTINUA yo creo que los de EXPEDIA o BEST DAY son mejores que ustedes !
