Do not buy your cake here! We ordered and payed for a birthday cake one week in advance. The cake was not finished on our scheduled completion date (and we came 3 hours after it was supposed to be ready for pick up). There was no cake, the staff treated us with indifference and did not care. It seems like a legitimate business, a chain with uniformed staff, but don’t be fooled. Stay away.

I've been going to Sanborns for years. I had an early dinner yesterday afternoon. The wait staff was pleasant and did a good job.
The chips, bread and crackers were all stale. What does bread cost? I ordered a club sandwich, fries and soup. It's hard to mess that up. The meat on the club sandwich was hard and old. I could not eat it.
The cashier was eating lunch when I went to pay my check. She got up from her table to ring up my check. Never washed her hands or used hand sanitizer. The total was 275.00 nmp. I'm very disappointed on this score. I will not return. Thank you.

Well from the time you arrive you meet with that beautiful woman that wears a mexican town attire, and after introducing her name mi and my company do the same, what kindness o talking about stupid stresfull pandemic , insted she offered a drink and brig her menu, the food was unbelievable delicios , my partner was so happy to take me there and everyone there just smile every time i looked around. Nice smiles and she accepted with our mask on of course , to be picture with me !! Oh man all that we eat happy and attentive service ! I would go back any time! Like my old times i had said in the past SANBORNS IS AND HAVE BEEN MY SUPER FAVORITE RESTAURANT! I WOULD BE BACK AGAIN AND SOOON , BEFORE I GO BACK TO CANADA

Is not what it used to be. Everything is lower quality, from service to product. What a shame. Messy unattended.

Great service, great food, super chill. Perfect for a co-working/ remote work day. They have power and fast internet!
