Quinta Real is a beautiful hotel. The property is amazing, rooms really comfortable, and it is an easy taxi ride to the city area. There is not much to do in the direct area, but it is easy and cheap to catch a taxi to areas of interest.

Of particular note was the concierge Jaime. He was amazing and really made our trip. With a 24 year old son he was really open minded to things that we wanted to do, and he gave great advice about touristy things to do during the day, and night time activities for my son. He was professional, kind, respectful and friendly, so please pass our thanks on to him.

An actual dump. It’s so dated and old. Outlets didn’t work in half the room. They have multiple levels of breakfast they didn’t explain and charged us for getting food from the wrong station. The place smells old. The water in the tub and shower was brown. I’m shocked by the good reviews. It’s no where near a 5 star hotel.

Absolutely stunning! Truly a one-of-a-kind hotel in the heart of the city. All rooms have different personalities. Very private. The setting is very quaint and relaxing. The staff is amazing and restaurant is wonderful. Out of all of the four and five star hotels in Guadalajara, this is at the top of our list!

This is an unbeatable hotel in Guadalajara. It is about 20 minutes' cab ride from the Old Town and many of the sites, but what it lacks in convenience it more than makes up in exceptional service, gorgeous grounds, and large rooms. We found the concierge services of Jaime to be especially worth mentioning; he even found a tour guide to come and advise us on places to see in Michoacan before we set out on our automobile journey. In the restaurant, make sure to say hello to Antonio and Sonia, who help run a marvelous show with delicious food. This place leaves no stone unturned; it is very closely and carefully managed and at a very fair price, too!

The property is nicely located in Guadalajara ans walking distance to many outstanding restaurants . Sunday brunch was amazing with an excellent selection of fresh natrual juices. Salmon, many Mexican favorites including Chiliquiles. The live music was icing on an already outstanding cake. The staff including Martin, Jimmy, Enrique. Daniel and Grecia made the stay hard to leave.

Located around many restaurants and trees for shade
Could not have been more stocked down to loofah for showering
Continuously cleaning felt safe in these coved times
Staff could not have been more helpful especially Jaime and martin
