If you are around Guadalajara you have to visit Puerco Espada.
Small menu but combination of tacos and quesadillas are unlimited.
Great service and clean.

Seafood unlike any other place. Served as Tacos, Quesadillas, Tostadas or Lonches (sandwich). Mix and match a base ingredient,like pork rinds, with cooked or raw seafood (agua chile or ceviche style). Many combinations to explore. A nice selection of ice pops are offered as dessert, perfect for a hot day in town! Very relaxed atmosphere, go for lunch.

Super fresh seafood and great flavors. Particularly loved the tacos dorado with shrimp and tuna aguachiles

I can't get enough of these crispy tacos. You choose the type of taco filling, then you choose the type of of ceviche you want on top of the taco. Considering the number of types of tacos and ceviches, you will need to eat 1296 to try all the permutations. And you might actually try to taste them all.

The only thing that was missing from this place was they didn't take credit cards, now they do so, go ahead and eat a lot everything is nice, shrimp cocktail is awesome
