Excellent cafe. I’m from London, and got to spend a few days in Guadalajara. I stumbled upon ‘Palta’ and it blew my mind. The local girls that serve the cafe are so friendly and lovely. Not to mention the ham baguette I had was so delicious and fresh. They told me to try the ‘Palta Locas’ which is a mix of vegetable dried crisps with hot sauce and lemon juice and it was so good! The prices are incredible too! Super affordable. Would recommend 100% - lovely environment ! Will recommend to anyone visiting Guadalajara for a few days who wants something healthy and fit :)
