Bueno yo no se por donde enpezar dando mi opinion al respecto de este señor mario ya que tiene mucha cola que le pisen, en primera cuando probe su torta la verdad quede asqueado y decepcionado ya que la carne esta fria y sabe insipida y es muy poca la que pone en el birote y ademas de que es un birote demasiado chico ni el la tienda de la esquina los venden tan pequeños todo por 35 y 40 pesos que es lo que cuestan sus tortas es un precio demasiado injusto, en segundo sus tacos son muy secos y paludos, para lo que debe de ser un verdadero taco para torta ahogada a este tipo le falta mucho en calidad de tacos ademas de que la salsa de la torta ahogada es muy insipida y casi ni sabe a jitomate y eso es de lo mas importante en una torta, en tercer punto les pone demaciada col y yo el dia que fui le dije que no queria col y el me ignoro y le puso un monto pero yo no queria ser grosero e ignore ese detalle y cuando me comi los tacos con la col que no pedi la col sabia a jabon y la verdad eso esta muy mal en su servicio, otra cosa que no me gusto es que cuando apreciaba el restaurante note varias faltas de higiene como que no estaba trapeado y que habia cucarachas pasando como si nada en el piso y la chava que limpia y sirve la comida tosia y no se tapaba la boca y ademas de que ni un cubrebocas usaba , luego escuche que el señor le presumia a otras personas que el enseño a todos los torteros de GDL y pues la verdad no lo parece por que sus tortas estan caras y del asco ni sus paquetes de 50 pesos valen la pena , tambien presumia que tenia su cocina por la zona industrial, yo me quede asi de n mms como lo dice asi nomas a lo mejor a de estar contaminada la carne, luego el señor no es bueno para darte los buenos dias y te atiende como si estuviera enojado, lastima de comportamiento por que te trata cosi si te estuviera haciendo el favor de venderte comida, la verdad que lastima que este lugar tenga 4.4 de estrellas como calificacion ya que no merece ni dos por que es si falla y repubreba en todos los aspectos , mi recomendacion es no lo visiten y si lo hacen es bajo su propio riegos ya que ni sabor hay ni buen servicio, les falta higiene y precios muy caros a comoaracion de las tortas tan pobres que te venden y los tacos estan remalos
