I can’t recommend this spot highly enough! The ramen is delicious, made with increíble care and attention to detail and it’s such a delight to sit at the small bar.

The two owners were incredibly kind and helpful to me — seemingly taking delight in sharing both their inspirations about food and places I should see in their city.

Just go!!

Very tasty ramen in a cozy environment, with excellent service by the two kind chefs. You'll seat in the counter, right in front of the kitchen, watch your meal being cooked, and enjoy the authentic flavors afterwards, adding to a whole amazing Japanese-themed experience!

Absolutely fabulous ramen place - creative, innovative. It only has a few seats but it’s a beautiful experience to eat here. The attention to detail with presentation, the cook on the meats, perfectly cooked egg, and the deep, flavourful broths - were just excellent. They also have an amazing smoked kombucha. This place is a must-visit in Guadalajara.

Tried the Huitlacoche Miso Ramen and it was fantastic. It was Thursday Okonomeyaki and I am so glad I was there. The chefs were so friendly and generous with their time and knowledge. Will definitely be back.

Amazing. Was walking about the neighborhood and Wow! this hidden gem. Feels like Tokyō, smells like Tokyō, and mainly taste like it.

A very good ramen indeed. The taste and texture of the ramen and the soup is exactly like the ones you get in Japan. One of the few best ramens I have had in Mexico.
