The longest waiting line I have ever been in Guadalajara, and it was not even lunch time or dinner time, when we arrived here at 4 PM on Saturday. There were around 50 customers waiting in line before us. But it only took us 30 minutes to have a table. The restaurant was always busy, but still service was fast. Ingredients were fresh and price were reasonable. We had shrimp ceviche and raw blood clams, even though we would very much prefer grilled clams. Fried breaded fish fillet was well seasoned, crispy on the outside, but moist and tender on the inside.
