If you are looking for an elegant and reasonably priced place to eat and relax than this will do you nicely. The food is a bit bland, which depending on your tastes, can be a good or bad thing. The restaurant is located on street level in a beautiful 19th century building on the central promenade of old Guadalajara. The setting is both classic and elegant. There is a separate room for the bar area. The service is gracious. There is table linen but it was stained, the napkins are paper. There was very pleasant, discrete piano music which was helped by the surprisingly good acoustics in the main diningroom, in other words you do not need to talk over the music, nor listen to other diners' conversations. The prices are reasonable. The bathrooms are immaculate.
