Stopped for a cold Estrella. The quad hides a little old school architectural gem reminescant of a bygone era (and so are the tableclothes). Friendly waiting staff. I sat in the bar and through the window watched local life pass by.

Have been here numerous times over the years. Enjoy the colonial ambiance. LOVE the sauteed mushrooms. Have placed double orders with bread and wine, enjoyed while listening to the gifted pianist. Credible salmon meal also. However, we are in the vicinity today and found it closed. Not sure if temporary or permanent.

great place to eat, food is ample and tasty. music is different most days, and the piano player is amazing! playing classical music is awesome, not very busy most days and staff is very friendly.

If you are looking for an elegant and reasonably priced place to eat and relax than this will do you nicely. The food is a bit bland, which depending on your tastes, can be a good or bad thing. The restaurant is located on street level in a beautiful 19th century building on the central promenade of old Guadalajara. The setting is both classic and elegant. There is a separate room for the bar area. The service is gracious. There is table linen but it was stained, the napkins are paper. There was very pleasant, discrete piano music which was helped by the surprisingly good acoustics in the main diningroom, in other words you do not need to talk over the music, nor listen to other diners' conversations. The prices are reasonable. The bathrooms are immaculate.

Very rude service and hair in two people in our groups food. The waiters tried charging us extra for our meals as well. The only bright side was the piano man was very nice and talented

Amazing food and even better service. Favorite place to go eat and have breakfast accompanied by great live piano music, not to mention the price of the menu is way affordable. Overall a beautiful place to enjoy a meal
