La Flaca is one of the best fully vegan restaurants in Guadalajara. Is a must visit when in town. Everything there is delicious. The staff is super nice. The place is charming. I love all the plants.

La Flaca is a small, vegan restaurant in Guadalajara. It's small in size but it serves up big tastes. I had the guacamole with chips, BBQ cauliflower wings with ranch dressing and the emouladas which were out if this world!???? The playlist was very tasteful and the music played softly in the background. The waiter was very nice and patient with me as my Spanish is weak????. But that didn't deter him. He was very gracious. The hostess, who may be La Flaca, spoke English and came to assist me with ordering. She was very pleasant and patient as well. I will definitely be visiting La Flaca again!????????????

I highly recommend La Flaca to anyone in search for great vegan food! We had the pozole soup, mushroom ceviche, and cauliflower wings which were all cooked and prepared perfectly. Everything had great flavour and was very fresh. The portion size was large for the price and was more than enough for two to share. Great service, our waiter was very nice and helpful throughout and was very quick with our order! Definitely stop by La Flaca if you’re in the neighbourhood!

The food was delicious at an affordable price. Server was attentive to detail, and polite.
The place was clean and fresh.
The only thing I would point out it's the ice cream was served in a plate instead of a bowl, it was a bit harder to use a spoon to pick icecream up. But overall great experience. Would definitely visit again and recommend the place.

Good vegetarian options. Chips and salads for free were great. We tried all the veggie tacos and we liked most of them!

I've been to a couple vegan/vegetarian restaurants in Guadalajara and wasn't impressed, but then La Flaca: QUE PRECIOSA!!

From the helpful, friendly waiter to the cute, but small space and its delightful ambience to the exquisite food. I had the enmoladas: rolled tortillas, tofu, nuts, sour cream, avocado, onions, and more. Excellent! I also took home a litre of cooked Peruvian beans for a mere 50 pesos.

Good vegan restaurant, little pricey for the quantity and taste. I will recommend all the tacos served here, cali wings is a must try
