Believe the hype, this local chain is the stuff of legend. Really friendly service, big bustling (busy at all hours) open eating spaces, pretty limited menu that focuses on the meat in its juices with some sides—everything delicious and fresh and yum yum. Place has a reputation as a “must try” which is well deserved!

It was Ok, not the greatest but really good overall, appetizers were better but hey this is a business and they cook in bulk I'm used to the small kitchen meal, same family recipe as the founder is my grandfather's brother

Great place to take the whole family.
If you're visiting Guadalajara this place won't disappoint.
Food is great.
Try the "carne en su jugo" or the "cecina" which is basically a more flavorful beef jerky.
The sparkling lemonade is also amazing it has just the right amount of sugar
This location was my favorite because it has its own parking lot and a cozy environment

Did not expect the speediness of service even after reading about it. SUPER fast. Our main dish came in 40 seconds. Also, came here for the novelty, but the carne en su jugo was amazingly delicious. One of my favorite meat dishes of the trip. Come here for fast and super delicious food. Though not the most personable or atmospheric space.
