Great staff members. Thank you Alfredo and Sergio.
I was upgraded to a lovely suite. Comfortable king size bed and very spacious to. Enjoyed the balcony and the views of the cathedral. Centrally located in the heart ❤️ of Guadalajara! I shall return.

I had room 002 its very close to lobby and you can hear everything that happens in the front desk and people passing by the hall. Also had to be carefully o. The ramp coming out from the restroom.

I hate giving this place only 4 stars. I hate it! The location? Perfect! Close walking distance to so much. It is in a safe neighborhood and close enough to the subway. The service? Perfect! Very friendly. Very helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful (reminds me of Madrid) and it is spotless. Our room was cleaned to perfection daily. The price? Unbelievably good for a place like this. You won't find a better deal. So why not 5 stars? The bed...hard. Not even a little soft. Just hard. Sleep is important. I would gladly and I will stay here again. I think I will layer the mattress with extra blankets.

The room is clean and the staff always available. Rooms are not very bright, and illuminated only by very white lights in the ceiling, that makes it not very cozy. My key was demagnetizing every day, and the door of the toilet didn't work. During the day and evenings there was always a lot of noise from staff and other guests. The bar in the lobby looks permanently closed. Location is great though.

I liked this hotel. We were able to get a nice room at the last minute. Very cool hotel.
Cons: 1. the bed was very hard. I had a room with 2 beds and I chose the one that was the least hardest. PLEASE get the bed situation fixed.
2. The bathroom door stop is installed to the very right of the toilet and I thought man I'd better watch out for that and sure enough I stepped on it in the middle of the night. So did my partner.
Pros: 1. I asked for 2 extra pillows - to prop me up better so I could sleep. They were sent right away. Yes they did help! Not a great nights sleep but I did sleep.
2. Inexpensive breakfast. Enough to chose from. Coffee not too good. Service on the slow side.
But over all good experience
