Super great experience, the prices stayed true to the online and phone quote. The staff was very nice made our one day stay very pleasant. Amenities were very good as well. If we ever visit Guadalajara again we will for sure stay here. Shout out to the receptionist who helped us book the room.

Nice place overall, and the restaurant isnt bad at all. Breakfast buffet is very good. Overall its clean and the people are friendly. Taxi on hand to take you anywhere for low cost. Driver is a great guy. The only down side to this place is the road noise can be outrageous. Sirens and truck engine braking at all hours. Very limited AC in the hot weather too. I like the place, though, and stay here when I work in Guadalajara.

Lovely- still! I lived theagic of the aged place. Old- yet everythjng is super clean and works like magic.

Room smelled of mold and mildew. Not even 5 minutes of being in the room my allergies flared up. There was water damage in the bathroom and burns in the comforters. While the room on the surface was "clean" everything else was not.
The staff was very friendly did do their best to find me another room but it was not just the rooms that smelled of mold/) but rather the whole facility.

What I like the hotel is kept nice and clean this was my fourth time staying in and all four times I had and excellent experience with the crew out in the restaurant especially with Matty the grill cook and Mary and Lazaro the waiters thank you very much I’m looking forward to stay at the hotel again in my next trip Julio bonilla
The only thing is that I didn’t spend one of the nights there and I didn’t use those coupons for the breakfast that was already paid so I ask if I could use for dinner and pay the difference but the front desk didn’t care and simple said no
