Very good, not expensive, clean and very well situated hotel. Walking distance from the historic main plaza. There's a trolley stop right in front of it that can take you anywhere in Guadalajara.

Great facility. A few at the front desk helpful. Sadly they are not at all helpful for tourists, no matter the language. Just not fully baked to handle out of town multi day stay guests.

If you get an offer through any booking platform it will be an awesome cost benefit ratio, don’t pay full rate. Hotel is practical, clean and well located near Guadalajara downtown

Nice stay! Hotel and room were clean. I stayed in a King bed room and it was huge and so was the bathroom. I liked that room service was open late with plenty of options. The breakfast in the morning could have been better but overall it was a great choice to spend the weekend exploring.

Ok service but found cockroaches in the room not a nice addition to the hotel.

Great Friendly Stay, you can walk all over many places nearby to check out, confy bed.
Blow drier and iron in room, nice lounge. You can also get an Huber anywhere and if needed hotel can arrange trusted taxi svc. Many places nearby to eat., and bank/atm around the corner. Also parking inside is available ???? Everyone wore a mask and very clean.
