AC was broken and never fixed Rooms and sheets were dirty

It's a very tradional hotel in Guadalajara. It has a terrible service to never return and never recommended it. The recepcionists neither welcome you nor offer you services, they don't say goodbye to you all the time they are on the cell phone and they ignore you. The neglected rooms, the terrible restaurant service. I stayed 5 nightsthe key to regulate hot and cold water failed. I reported it to reception, they did not give it importance and they never fixed it. The old towels were very hard and worm and the maid didn't clean the room well. What a terrible hotel

The hotel itself it great! It’s beautiful and we had a great stay. The restaurant however was not good at all. To begin with we were not attended right away and there was no one eating here. My dad had order a alcoholic beverage that comes with limes, the waiter took the a plate of limes out of a dirty dish bin and brought them to our table. The food was not very good, pretty dry, and no flavor or spice to anything, very plain. I would say restaurant is pretty over priced for what you get. It was a disappointment if you ask me.

Upon checking in we were ready to check out. Room was stale and beds were hard as rocks. Checked out immediately because it was too uncomfortable but they would not refund any part of the money paid for 7 nights even though we were there for a few hours!

I enjoyed this place....16th floor didn't bother me! The elevator is so clean; and I had a nice experience at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Beautiful hotel! We came for a special assembly of Jehovah's Witnesses. It was held in a large conference room on the second floor. There were around 750 people. Even though there was a lot of people, it didn't feel overly cramped. The hotel lobby is very spacious and well decorated.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Many of them would go out of there way if you had any questions.

Wow the building is beautiful outside and inside. Inside it seemed like wall to wall marble. Even outside near the pool there was beautiful stone work all around the in ground pool.
