A hidden gem in Guadalajara.
Breakfast is good not free but worth it.
Rooms are big and spacious dogs are welcome for $150 pesos Friendly staff.
Will definitely be back !

Hotel pictures are misleading. As others have mentioned, this area is not safe at night. The hotel looks like it has bed bugs. I booked through booking.com and once I googled the hotel location and saw the front facade (entrance picture not later on their site or anywhere but google) I immediately knew I made a bad choice. I tried to cancel the booking with no fees and they refused and tried to keep my money, so I hope this review helps people make a well informed decision to not stay here.

Nice hotel and good parking lots but the area is not safe to walk at night and during the day it’s noisy as folks get to the swimming pool and brings their loud music. Also, there was no internet during my stay and I had to leave.

It's a safe and really close to Guadalajara center! I walked from hotel to the center and never felt safe.

It's got a great spot for tourists but honestly it's not worth it. I would've rather paid $20 more to stay in a different hotel than this one. They don't leave any towels and I have to call the lobby everytime for utilities. After a day of walking around I just want to rest but people are still outside yelling having their own party right at your window and banging walls...it was certainly annoying and its a lack of rest through the night even if you complain or bring it up to the receptionist. The food is alright but most of the waiters drag themselves to serve you, I only had 1 waitress be attentive and heartwarming towards us but the rest are just bad. They didn't keep up with refills or took forever to bring our check. The cleaning service was just floors being cleaned but your toilet and shower will continue to be dirty even if you leave the card. Definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel and I won't be staying again. Thank you and I'm sorry I hate to leave this review but it was honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

Extremely good value! Spacious room, full service hotel, nice on site restaurant and a good pool. It is also just a very pretty property in hacienda style. Location convenient between the center and Chapultepec.

A little bit of paradise in Guadalajara. I understand people’s comments that the rooms are a bit outdated but you have all necessary utilities (expect for a hairdryer maybe). This is however more than compensated for by the amazing atmosphere and friendly personnel. The hotel is really the most idyllic place to stay in Guadalajara and the location in Chapultepec is really spot on. Again really recommend this place. Just don’t expect high luxury, just a joyful local experience for a ridiculously cheap price (and it is amazingly clean too, just book it!)
