EDIT: The owner was right there are some rooms with A/C and I after they gladly accepted my request to move to one of these rooms I have upgraded my rating.
THE GOOD:
- Location
- Free parking
- Rooms look brand new
- Good customer service
- Recently restored (60%)
AREAS OF OPORTUNITY:
- A/C on some rooms and ceiling fan on others (you can ask for either one if available).
- Add room service.
- Add phone/intherphone service.
- Add ice dispensers for free or sale
- Add fridge/frigo-bar on room
- Improve internet signal and speed.
- Bed is too stiff
- Add towels on the rooms
NOTES:
- At the time of review the hotel is still having renovations done throughout the day, some noise might be heard for some guests and it is understandable.
- The layout is odd, and need to walk quite some steps to get to some rooms.

I stayed in this hotel because someone in here said that it was quiet which isn't true! I stayed for 2 weeks and people make a lot of noise all night long they talk very loud and don't care about who they Wake up at the middle of the night, also you won't be getting good wifi reception inside the room you have to open the door and stand by the door frame both of these things are very annoying.

Very comfortable, rooms are clean and well maintained, it's QUIET,you will sleep really well, highly recommended

Well according to taxi's uber and di di its at a very dangerous location. So fyi on that the place is being remodel out it looks like a one but the rooms give it the 3 stars it has no AC friendly staff I like to call it classic rustic.

The hotel its good. Comfortable.
But the rooms smell old.
Its fine to rest one night.

It's 15 minutes on foot from downtown. There is still some construction going on in hotel but it's clean and quiet.
Please be aware that there is no towel, tv is not working and there is no air conditioner except for a ceiling fan.
Even there is no blankets; just sheets.
