Negative: First at all. I booked this room for my parents for a weekend in Guadalajara. When bokked I saw the photos of the room and looks really clean and a very good shape. Once they arrived they gave them the top floor room with (not lift access). I paid for a room that they haven't available when my parents arrived, the staff said was not more rooms available as they were fully booked. When a person pop in to ask whether they have rooms with out reservation the person on the desk say yes and even they quote it to him. That was really upseting for my parents as the room they had was not the one on the description..

Positive: awesome location ....easy to find. Negative: too noisy in the mornings cuz of the traffic. Bed wasn't comfy at all.......

Ahora se llama Hotel Casona Guadalajara, muy sencillas habitaciones, solo tiene lo indispensable, nuestro viaje fue solo de 3 días y nos gustó la ubicación, a una cuadra del consulado usa, a dos cuadras de la ave cuauhtémoc dónde hay muchos negocios, restaurantes bar, bancos etc
No está preparado para sillas de ruedas al ingresar
No funcionó ningún control de tele, sin amenidades
