Overall good experience, location is quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom door wouldnt close so i had to prop it with a shoe, water also is not hot, only lukewarm. Maybe shower before peak hours. Free coffee and cookies in reception area.

When I arrived i found my room (Room 13) did not have hot water in the bathroom sink. The bathroom stunk. I think it was from the pipes or the water not sure which. The bathroom sink also had hair in it (i don't mean one strand)...Told the front desk, they immediately change my room. New room was much better (Room 15). Only thing they had to change was the lock on the door because it was broken. There was also an additional chain on the door which the first room didn't have. Nice little extra security for the room. Despite the first room, the customer service was excellent from the front desk and support staff. You could see they are in the middle of renovations. Wifi was pretty good. Pretty good for the price. Would go back if i cud the same room or one as nice for the same price.

2nd time staying at... everything was great... and the warm welcome cookies... ???????????? price, location, conffy!!!

Out of all the terrible selections for affordable hotels in Guadalajara this place is pretty good. Room was clean and spacious, showers were great, including hot water, and it felt safe. All the essentials

Don't go to this place, I got there really late nigh and did not notice but next morning I noticed a few dots of blood and the bed, so I dropped all the sheets to the floor hoping they will change that, no way that happen and that night the same sheets in the bed and the pillow had stain of something green and yellow...... don't stay here!!!!!!!!!...

Me vendieron el AUTO-HOTEL como un hotel familiar en expedia, sin ebargo esto es claramente un motel, aparte de esto estaba sucio, las sabanas de la cama no fueron cambiadas pues econtramos un gran pedazo de plo de mujer, el staff trato de decirme que esto no era un AUTO-HOTEL pero por alguna razon tenian PORNOGRAFIA en la tele.
EL mal review es por ser mentirosos y sucios.

In the Mexico an auto hotel means a MOTEL. this isn't a family hotel where you are gonna feel comfortable, people come in and can stay only for a couple of hours, even when the hotel staff try to tell me that this wasn't a MOTEL all their signs and paper work says that is a MOTEL, they even have porn in the rooms.
I try to switch hotels but there was nothing else in Guadalajara for that night, so this is a misleading title about being a hotel.
The worst don't go unless you want to be there for a couple hours then i guess is ok.

is safe and clean u can feel the difference...
The staff is really nice and helpful..
