Had heard about this place because of their creative approach to the tortilla, the offer traditional corn and flour, but also oat, jicama fruit, napal and even a baked cheese "tortilla"! Absolutely loved the branding of this place, everything was spot on and the atmosphere was really, really fun!
Loved the salsa bar concept as well, they give you 4 little dishes to then fill up from the 15ish salsas that they have at their bar.
The little bar for their aguas was really cool as well. The open air seating throughout was just so refreshing and so nice because you don't go home smelling like food.
Everything is al pastor (fish, pork, beef and chicken) and this was actually what I thought I would enjoy most, but actually felt it fell short and the reason I don't give it 5 stars. It may have been because we went at an off hour, but none of the options seemed to have the flavor I was hoping it would be bursting with.
The owner spent some time at the table with us and was extremely kind (even refilled our drinks for free). Excellent and helpful staff willing to make suggestions.
Go try it and you won't be disappointed.
