Great central location near downtown and many shopping plazas. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is nice but must mention that the room that I had was a little datedand needed to cleaner. Beds are comfortable, nice working a/c mini fridge with some options at an extra cost. We used it to store some of our own drink and some food items and there was no problem or charge. The best part is their friendly staff, from the second you get there they are ready to help you with all your needs. Kudos to all the employees ???? ????????

The rooms are very uncomfortable, you can hear the conversations from the next rooms, pillow are very big, the room don't have a refrigerator and also they don't have a coffee maker machine, you need to call every time to the room service for it and they been late.

No pool and the parking is not free, it's not included on the bill, you have to add it at the moment of check in.

Be care full when you made your reservation, take a picture screen of it if you're including the breakfast, because they don't respect it.

The location of the building is the best part and the view from your room is spectacular.

Service was excellent, and the accommodations were excellent. First hotel in our life that has ever charged us for the coffee we drink in our room. At $300 USD + night… it would be a nice touch to include this.

We made reservations for 3 rooms, two weeks before our travel. At arrival (11 PM), only one room was available. They made us all wait in this room until the rest was prepared. Clearly, those rooms were located at different floors, which was specially inconvenient, since they do not allow people to move between floors.
Of these rooms, two of them were lacking the services advertised (refrigerate and beverage areas) the staff argued to 'simply give a call to place our order', but when we did so, they called us back and said that we should wait until the next day for their services workers to get there.
Needless to say, we were very dissatisfied with the whole service. This is particularly disappointing and surprising, since I have been to several Fiesta American hotels and never went through this many issues at once.

It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel but the hotel just looks very old. The bathroom didn't have any sort of furniture, the tub was old and it was peeling.

Service and the food on the other hand are great. Location felt safe.

Does not look like the pictures at all, it is a big building but it is very old lobby smells like old lady perfume, once you get to the rooms its hot, AC worked very minimal. hotel is definitely outdated to pics. its also in a very busy street. Ubers would cancel all the time due to security closing streets. It was ok but wouldent stay there again. i will admit staff was nice.

Hotel is in a good location, service was good, just didnt have my room ready when I arrived 3:30 PM had to wait untill 6 PM for them to have it ready, There was a marathon event and they claimed to be short staffed. I did see many people waiting for their rooms. I think they should have anticipated to be busy before because of an event and all reservations made ahead of time. Other than that everything was good. I would probably not stay here again if there is an event going on.
