Since we arrived, staff was nice and attentive. Helpful in every aspect. Room was big and clean. They implemented reusability with shampoo, body soap, and body lotion bottles, but can buy them if you want to take them with you. Pool was warm.
Also the location is nice, you can walk down the street, to Av. Terranova, where you'll find a many restaurants.

very unfriendly and incompetent staff. they didn't even help with the luggage. the drain in the bathroom smelled badly. The only window in the room faced the hallway, so it couldn't be opened without people looking into the room from the hallway. the facility was nice.

Avoid this hotel

Worst hotel experience I've ever had in Mexico.

They charged my credit card before I got there. Then they said that because of a Technical issue they needed to charge me again once I arrived.

Next they proceeded to lie about destinations available on a tour that they were selling. Charged us $1000 pesos, but didn't take us to the destinations advertised.

Lastly they lied to my girlfriend after I left claiming that I hadn't paid. She left in a rush to the airport and they ruined her travel plans. Now I have to dispute the charges on my credit card because they charged us 3 times in total.

Huge headache and they ruined our weekend with their incompetente and dreadful customer service.

The hotel was made thinking in design. It's obvious. Everything is super cool!
Just the service isn't so cool, but I guess they get better.
I spent 3 days, I went to work and everyday when I came back, the housekeeping wasn't made. It's not the end of the world, but it will be nice to came after work and to found a nice room.
Nice place to stay in Guadalajara!

Very clean, fresh contemporary design, good service, and quiet. Thoughtful design details, including stunning artwork in the room, and throughout the hotel. Great shower too. Good location in Providencia on a quiet intersection with lots of restaurants nearby.

I just checked into this hotel today for a trip, both my mom and I are staying here and the service is amazing, everyone is kind and you simply cannot beat the location. If you want to be close to everything on the nice side of town this is the place, I have stayed at most of the main hotels in Guadalajara, for the price it is unbelievable, nice heated pool too. Restaurant on site, the rooms are very modern and cozy and they have everything in them, definetly the hotel i will be staying at from now on, everything is brand new.
