Wonderful staff. I stayed at 2 other hotels in Guadalajara and this one was the best one so far! Rooms are clean beds are comfortable. Highly satisfied. The breakfast included topped it all off!

We stayed at Eco for 8 nights, and couldn't have been more satisfied. The staff was very friendly; beds were super comfortable; rooms were clean and accommodating. There's even a rooftop terrace. Great location as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Grey customer service!! Every one is there to help. The rooms are small but everything it's new and it's equipped with all the necessary things to make your stay pleasant. The price of the rooms is pretty affordable and you are close to the downtown. Restaurants and bars walk distance. There is also a little park 4min walk distance where you can go for a run. This Hotel is 100% smoke free.

Overall we liked our stay, but there were some glaring issues that prompted me to give it 3 stars. Room was nice, clean, and modern, but small with a bad view. They were unable to accommodate by switching our room. The worst part was not being able to store our luggage. This is the only hotel I have been in that was unwilling to store luggage post check out, citing that the owner doesn't like to do that for guests. This is an important accomodation for us since we normally have to check out prior to our flights leaving and do not want to drag our luggage around the city. We will not be staying here for future visits to the city.

Breakfast was good in the morning. The service was great and the people were friendly and helpful and took very good care of us. We are a very little spanish speaking family from Los Banos and they took good care of us. Went with girls soccer team out of Merced, CA Club MSA.

The room was disgusting. There was blood on our sheets and old dried toothpaste on the wall. The breakfast was great and our bell boy was very nice
