Room need to be clean better, my baby found garbage under the bed, not happy with it, need a mirror outside the bathroom

Checking in was fast and efficient. We stayed in a standard king room. Spacious room, hot water for showering, cold AC, a nice warm swimming pool, and delicious food from the restaurant.
Staff is very friendly and attentive to details. During my stay I informed management the AC in my room was leaking and the toilet was leaking water. They addressed the problems within the hour.
The hotel is located in a very nice part of the city everything within walking distance.
A very nice place to stay and relax. I will look forward to staying here again.

They canceled my reservation without a reason, they argue that I made the cancellation

I stayed in room 218 and There was no exhaust fan in the washroom .

The service was excellent from start to finish, we ordered room service as well for a great price. Food was decent, the agua de piña was amazing. The pool was clear, it was quiet despite the traffic and location.

Very friendly clean pool wasn't open due to covid but it is beautifully structure. They offer tours to places such as a tequila tour for a $450 pesos which I took have to say it was worth it. I will be taking a second tour soon to chapala.

There were a couple of friendly staff members that could speak very limited English, that was the only positive thing about this hotel. There was no microwave or fridge in my room. There is no hot water for showers, not even lukewarm. A ride to and from the airport through Expedia which was paid in advanced never happened. The place is not wheelchair accessible because there is no elevator to rooms, it's all stairs. It was not a positive experience for me. My advice is to spend the extra money and get a better hotel.
