We were there for a wedding. Nice cathedral view. Super friendly staff. Our waitress Elizabeth was amazing at taking care of all of us. We enjoyed every moment.

Casa Pedro Loza is a wonderful historical hotel, it has been majestically renovated to its original beauty by the Group Bons each of their 12 suites has been beautiful decorated by Diana Bons and truly it’s a magical place that will transport you to a time long gone.The best part of CPL is the staff from my original contact with the front desk to the cleaning crew was nothing but prompt and professional. I really need to recognize Marcos whom went out of his way to help us with our car and convinced us to stay for the breakfast, he was outstanding! The front desk is wonderful Simei Flores was kind,patient and friendly from our first interaction and his constant help and rapid response to our inquiries makes a huge difference from other chain hotels. I can recommend it highly if you want to stay right in the heart of the historical center of Guadalajara.Each staff member made us feel welcome and we thank you all for your wonderful service.❤️

Terrible communication and customer service. We had a booking error, and have emailed four times and called twice. There's been no reply from customer service. If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, this is not the place.

My wife and I chose this wonderful hotel because of the richness in culture . It is a beautiful clean hotel full of peace. It is walking distance from several cathedrals. We loved it so much we came back a second time and will be coming here next time we travel to Guadalajara. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The old Archbishop's mansion is gorgeous inside and good food is served. The area is not as safe as it once was so I'd recommend an uber over parking your car nearby.

I didn't stay this time but place is so beautiful had to stop by and look.. would recommend to anyone .. inside is vintage hacienda style home converted to a hotel... don't let the exterior fool you ... inside is where it's at... no more restaurant though....

I ended up getting the garden room for my stay in Guadalajara. I was skeptical being that I've never visited the country before. I based my opinions on reviews and Google searches prior to my stay. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful, which they had a remote to which opened the roof to do some stargazing. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The place was quiet and I had a good night sleep.
