I love this restaurant. Here you can't make anything wrong, everything tastes good. The concept is like this: you order some meat, cheese and/or quesadillas, they serve you what you've ordered plus tortillas, cebollitas, sauces, pico de gallo, pickled onions and pickled carrots.
Normally one meat dish per person is enough, don't forget to order quedo fundido (cheese from the oven) it takes your tacos to the next level.

This place is amazing- I enjoyed all the salsas and accompaniments. The staff are pros and very caring when you are dining alone which was nice (my Spanish is bad) They helped me order the right amount. The meats are also delicious

My family has been coming here for generations and nothing has changed, that's why it a MUST stop every time I'm in Guadalajara. Food is amazing, service impeccable

I didn't dislike the place, maybe a bad day for the establishment, (we all have bad days) food took to long, 35-38 minutes approx, carne asada tough, servers paid more attention to they're gossiping than the service.
