This is a close-to-home option for my wife and me. We go when we want really good steaks at a reasonable price. They give you a typical Mexican starter plate before you order guacamole, chips, whole carmelized onions, beans, and 4 salsas which is complementary. I usually order the vacio or arrechera which are big, juicy and not over-cooked at 3/4s. My wife gets the T-bone, or the pollo a la plancha and they also are not overcooked or dry (which has been an all too common problem for me in many Mexican restaurants of all price ranges). They do over-salt for my taste but again very common here. The service is good not great. Meaning that at some point you will have trouble getting anyone's attention. But again very common in nearly all GDL restaurants of any price range no matter how many staff vs customers. The total price for 2, plus a few beers is usually about $325 + tip not including dessert. They accept credit and debits or cash. They have on-site parking. Really good tasty and fast, if you want. We generally spend less than 45 minutes there if we have somewhere to go after. Really nice staff!

Good Carne En Su Jugo. And the personnel in this place is always nice and polite! I always recommend this place to people who come to Guadalajara and want to try some traditional Jalisco food.

Way to expensive for a piece of meat
