This is not a vacation hotel. It's entirely focused for business trips and sports teams.
My husband and I spent an entire week there and the amenities we were looking for were sadly terrible.
They do not have like a taxi station for the hotel in order to feel safe when looking for a ride.
The gym is old "like" lately 80's old. The pool is besides the restaurant and there are no even pool beds or chairs around it.
There were gigantic roaches at night when we walked to our hotel room.
The internet was extremely poor and they shut down water and electricity for an entire day without even previous notice.
If you are not looking for any issues, this is not the hotel to stay. Its pricy for this troubles found. Breakfast is not even included.
The location is really centric at least. A mall is really close to the location

Terrible condition. Weird smells, stains. Several "swimming pools" that are filthy, stagnant, flaking paint. Staff unfriendly and uncooperative.

The employees where great 100 percent!!! The service was great and the compound was kept very clean and on point!!!

All COVID sanitary measures are followed; temperature checking, shoe mat, hand sanitizer applied as you enter the premises. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast every day was outstanding: great selection, very polite staff waiting on you. Big disappointment: the swimming pools, not well kept, lacking maintenance. Only the main pool was working properly, with all new technology the WATER TEMPERATURE was extremely cold, so no pool cover or heating available. The other disappointing thing was the AC UNIT not working. We asked the front desk and we got different answers, finally on day 4 they provided a fan
