This place has been here for years! Birria is a local dish, its a somewhat spicy stew traditionally made with mutton or sometimes beef. You can add lime and eat with freshly corn made tortillas. This is not the best place in the city but its certainly a good stop if you are visiting the Santa Tere Market area. Good costumer service but last time I tried (Dec 2016) I noticed they lowered their quality standards., although It was still lovely.
